Key know-how lived in people's heads. I built the SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and training that let a growing healthcare law firm scale, then used them to launch new practice areas.
Building a commercial production process from zero
The agency had never made a commercial. I partnered with leadership and the creative team to shape the concepts, then led execution: casting, locations, shoot logistics, and a standardized monthly production workflow for 30+ client accounts.

How I deliver projects
Write the process down
If a task happens more than twice, it gets an SOP, a template, or a workflow map. That is how a team handles volume without quality slipping, and how new people get up to speed quickly.
Keep a steady rhythm
Weekly team meetings with clear agendas. Weekly one-on-ones. Regular client updates. The rhythm surfaces problems early, while they're still small.
Train toward independence
I onboard people with a clear path from shadowing to running their own projects. The goal is a team that can manage standard work without me, so I can focus on the complex cases.
Use AI where it earns its place
I introduce AI tools for research, documentation, and planning with guardrails that fit the work, including HIPAA-compliant tools in healthcare. I also build a shared set of standard prompts, so the whole team gets consistent, reliable results.

About
I like making complicated work easier to follow.
My career has moved across creative production, web development, healthcare licensing, and legal services. The common thread is the same in each: I step into busy, sometimes unstructured work, bring people together around a shared plan, organize the information behind it, and build scalable systems that help the whole team do their best work.
At Holt Law I started on the legal team and grew into leading it, managing a portfolio of more than 100 active projects, coaching the team, and introducing AI tools the whole group could use. I'm now focused on project management roles where that mix of structure, people development, and practical technology matters.
